If you have been attempting to sign in to SkySlope Forms and have been running into your browser refreshing the home screen repeatedly, it may be a sign that the time and date settings on your computer are out of sync.
Method 1 (Windows PC)
- Open Settings.
- Select Time and Language.
- Click Date and Time.
- Under the “Synchronize your clock” option, select the button that says “Sync Now”.
Once the sync button is selected, your PC will automatically be synced to the server that it is set to. It’s also suggested that you double-check the time zone your PC is currently using to ensure it is correct, and to have “Adjust for daylight savings time automatically” switched on so you can be sure your PC time will update when needed.
Method 2 (Windows PC)
- Open Settings > Time and Language > Date and Time.
- Under the “Related Settings” section towards the bottom of the window, select “Additional date, time, and regional settings”.
- In the Clock and Region panel that opens, click Date and Time.
- Select the Internet Time tab at the top of the window that opens.
- Click the “Change Settings” button (administrator access is needed for this). Make sure “synchronize with internet time” is selected.
- In the “Server” drop down, it should list time.windows.com. If it is showing anything else, try switching it back to times.windows.com.
- Select Update Now, and then OK.
Method 3 (Mac)
- Choose the Apple menu icon on the top left of your screen > System Settings.
- Select General on the sidebar > Date & Time (you may need to scroll down to see this option).
- Turn on "Set time zone automatically using your current location".
Once your time has been synced using one of these methods, we suggest closing and reopening the tab or window you have Forms open in, and then attempt to sign in.
