STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

1. Open your buyer file in SkySlope Forms or create a new file if you haven't done so yet.
2. Search for and add the RPA-CA Residential Purchase Agreement to your file.
3. Select your RPA and then click Fill and Send.
4. In SkySlope Forms, the CAR RPA is actually a forms packet that includes all of the essential forms:
   - AD Disclosure Regarding Agency Relationships
   - FHDA Fair Housing and Discrimination Advisory
   - PRBS Possible Representation of More Than One Buyer or Seller
   - WFA Wire Fraud Advisory
   - RPA California Residential Purchase Agreement
   Adding this RPA packet to your Forms file makes it easier and faster to prepare your forms and get your offer signed and submitted! 
5. Many details on your forms will be auto-filled with data from your Forms file, such as contact names and property details. Continue to fill out your forms. When you are done, click Prepare Signature.
6. Now you'll be taken into DigiSign where you can review the auto-placed signature, initial and date blocks! Learn more about Forms envelopes.
