Follow the steps outlined below to change the email address you use to log into your SkySlope account.
Change Your Login Email:
- Log into your SkySlope account using your current email address.
- Click on your name in the upper right corner.
- Select My Account.
- Under the Personal Information tab, locate the Email ID field, where your current login email address is displayed.
- Simply enter the preferred email address.
- Click Save.
Note: If you find that the Email ID field is greyed out and you are unable to type in it, your Broker may have disabled the ability to change your login email address. In this case, please contact an Admin/Broker in your office to request the change.
