To ensure your accounts are properly connected, it's essential that the email addresses in your SkySlope account match across SkySlope Forms and SkySlope Offers. This alignment ensures all features are integrated seamlessly between the products.
Follow the steps in the article, or download the handout below to ensure your accounts for SkySlope Forms and SkySlope Offers are set up successfully.
→ If you have not accessed SkySlope Forms through your MLS, follow steps 1-4.
→ If you have already accessed SkySlope Forms through your MLS, skip to Step 4.2.
Step 1: Confirm Your Email in SkySlope Suite
- Log in to SkySlope Suite.
- Click your name in the top right corner, then select "My Account".
- Copy your email address from the Email ID eld. (You’ll need this for the next
steps!)
Step 2: Update Your Email in Your MLS
- Log in to your MLS.
- Update your email address to match the email you copied from SkySlope Suite. (Don't worry, you can change this back later!)
- Once updated, click the SkySlope Forms button from your MLS dashboard.
Step 3: Conrm Your Email in SkySlope Forms
- Click your name in the top right corner, then select "User Prole".
- Verify that your email address matches your SkySlope Suite account email.
Step 4: Final Confirmation
- If the emails match: You’re all set! You can now change your MLS email back to
your preferred address. - If the emails don't match: Contact SkySlope Support to merge your accounts.
