What is RealSatisfied?

RealSatisfied is a review collection platform created specifically for real estate professionals, making it easy for them to collect valuable client feedback and turn past customers into their biggest advocates! Using RealSatisfied, you can reach out to your customers to collect reviews and then easily share them online on Realtor.com, Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn. With RealSatisfied, You can also easily grow your reviews on Google and Zillow

How does the integration work?

With the RealSatisfied integration enabled, all transactions closed within the last 6 months—as well as any future closings in SkySlope—will automatically trigger a review request for your buyers and sellers. Once a review is submitted, you can effortlessly share it on your website, social media, Realtor.com, and your RealSatisfied profile page!

What are the benefits of using RealSatisfied?

RealSatisfied is a customer satisfaction platform that helps agents generate client reviews and easily share them anywhere online. The platform makes it incredibly easy to promote your success stories, so you can generate referrals and keep winning new clients! With RealSatisfied, you also receive a dedicated profile page, where you can showcase your expertise online!

How do I enable the RealSatisfied Integration?

When you log into your account, you should see a pop-up prompting you to integrate!
You can also enable the RealSatisfied integration in SkySlope or SkySlope Forms by following the steps below:

• SkySlope: Click on your name in the upper right > My Account > Integrations > RealSatisfied > Enable.
  • Be sure to enter your client's email address accurately in SkySlope to ensure the survey gets sent automatically!
• SkySlope Forms: Click on your name in the upper right > Preferences > Integrations > RealSatisfied > Manage RealSatisfied.

I already have a RealSatisfied account. How do I integrate with SkySlope?

Important: If you want to integrate SkySlope with your existing RealSatisfied account, your SkySlope login email must match your RealSatisfied login email.
If you already have a RealSatisfied account, you can follow the same initial steps in the question above to set up the integration! After you’ve set up the integration in SkySlope, RealSatisfied will email you with the next steps.

• If your RealSatisfied account is connected to an existing partner (like your MLS, for example), they will prompt you to confirm that you want to switch from your existing partner integration to the SkySlope integration.
• If your RealSatisfied account is not connected to an existing partner, you can simply click the Connect My Account button to confirm your integration.

How much does it cost?

As a SkySlope user, you get access to a free RealSatisfied Agent Lite account, which includes unlimited customer feedback surveys and the ability to promote your first three client reviews. If you choose to upgrade to a RealSatisfied Agent Pro account with unlimited reviews, you receive an exclusive 20% discount through SkySlope!

Re-Enabling the Integration: I previously enabled and then disabled the RealSatisfied integration. Now, I would like to enable it again. How can I do that?

If you have previously disabled the integration and now you’d like to enable it again, you can follow these steps:

1. Follow the steps to enable the integration, outlined above.
2. Your RealSatisfied integration will now show as Pending.
3. You will receive an email from RealSatisfied asking you to confirm that you want to re-enable the integration. Once you confirm, you will be prompted to login and your integration will be active.

How do I cancel my RealSatisfied subscription?

To cancel your RealSatisfied subscription, log in to your RealSatisfied account, go into the ‘Settings’ section, open ‘Additional settings’, and click ‘Close Account’. Once you click that button, you’ll immediately lose access to all your reviews and ratings. To get more information, please contact the RealSatisfied team.
