Ordering a Home Warranty
There are two places to order a Home Warranty:
- Checklist Tab: Click Order Home Warranty at the top of your Checklist.
- Contacts Tab: Click Order Home Warranty under the Home Warranty contact
After you've clicked Order Home Warranty...
- Select your provider.
- Select your property type.
- Select your plan type.
- Select any additional coverage needed.
- Click Place Order.
- Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order has been completed, the finalized documents will automatically be uploaded to your SkySlope Transaction.
Key Benefits
- No duplicate entry — We use the details already in your SkySlope file to prefill the Home Warranty order, saving you time and clicks.
- Skip the payment hassle — The invoice goes straight to the Title or Escrow contact in your file, so you don’t have to worry about handling it yourself.
- Less work for you — Once the order is placed, we automatically upload the Home Warranty to the Documents section of your transaction.
- Top-tier providers — Choose from a trusted network of leading home warranty providers, all integrated right into SkySlope for your convenience.
Important Details
- After an order is placed, the confirmation email will be sent to:
- Agent on File
- Home Warranty Ordering Party (if different than the Agent on File)
- Co-Agents
- Title/Escrow Contact - Home Warranty providers vary by state.
- Buyer coverage only; Seller plans are not currently available.
- 1-year coverage only; 2-year coverage is not currently available.
- Sale transaction types only (in other words, only agents/ordering parties representing the buyer will be able to order. Seller-side and double-ended deals are not currently available.)
- New Construction coverage is currently not available.
