Getting Started

What is Sellers Shield?

Among other services, Sellers Shield has created an online disclosure management process that simplifies the signing workflow and seeks to protect sellers and agents in the event of a home sale mediation. Sellers Shield's Gold Standard Disclosure Process™ provides your clients with expert tips, examples, definitions and guidance during the signing flow and delivers neatly executed disclosure forms, which saves you time and limits your liability.

How does the integration work?

With the Sellers Shield integration enabled, you can utilize the Sellers Shield disclosure tool without ever leaving the SkySlope platform. When creating a file in SkySlope, you will be asked if you wish to prepare disclosures. If yes, your property and client information from your SkySlope file will autofill into the disclosures, saving you even more time. Then, you can simply select the disclosures you want to send, and off they go! ?
