Quickly signing documents electronically has become an integral part of the real estate process. But DigiSign is the only product built to speak with SkySlope, making it the first-choice product for real estate professionals looking to close deals quickly and get paid on time. Over the last year, our DigiSign team has released major enhancements to the user interface (UI) and increased the ways in which you can personalize your account to meet your needs.
Floating Signer Menu
A favorite of DigiSign users everywhere is the floating signer drop-down menu. It helps prevent accidental signer changes and reduces mouse travel when changing block assignments. Now, after placing any block type, you can quickly and easily use the floating signer drop-down menu to change the selected block's assignee.
You can also click the caret arrow to expand the floating menu and access the Copy, Paste, Delete, Read-Only, and Optional block properties.

Maintain Block Size
When placing and resizing multiple blocks onto a document, DigiSign will now automatically remember the block size. If you place a block, resize that block, and then place a second block of the same type (such as a Signature block), the second block placed will default to the same size as the first resized block. This will allow you to place multiple blocks of your desired size with ease!
Easily Add CC Recipients to an Envelope
On the Recipients & Signing Order page, you can easily move a recipient from Needs to Sign to Receives a Copy with just one click! Previously, you had to navigate to the recipient's details, proceed to edit the recipient, and then use the drop-down menu to change their action. Now, you can simply drag them from one section to the next!
Addition of Initials & Full Name Blocks on Mobile
We haven't forgotten about mobile! This one is for users on the go. Users accessing Forms and DigiSign on mobile can now place Initial and Full Name blocks onto documents, in addition to previously available Signature, Date, and Time.
Create an Envelope from a Template
A highly requested feature, using Templates just got easier! Now, users can create an Envelope directly from a Template, rather than having to create a new Envelope, upload the documents, and then apply the Template. Check it out below!
Diagonal Strikethrough
Updating your documents just got easier! These enhancements allow you to quickly and easily place a diagonal strike-through line onto a document. You can now block out an entire section, paragraph, or page in just two clicks! Strikethrough is available in black and red.
