Receiving Offers

Once you've customized your account settings and created your file, it's time for the fun part: receiving offers! Take a look at the video and step-by-step instructions below to see how to start receiving offers on your listing.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

  1. From your Offers Dashboard, click on your Offers Listing file to open the file. 
  2. Once in your file, you will see your file-specific offer link! You will share this link with a buyer agent when they are ready to submit an offer. They can use the link to submit their offer online, via SkySlope Offers.
  3. You can share the link two different ways:
     - Share via email: If you click Share via email, you can quickly compose and send an email right within the Offers platform. The recipient will then be able to click on the link in their email to submit their offer.
     - Copy: Click the Copy button to copy the link to your clipboard. Once copied, you can paste the link anywhere! For example, post it on Instagram, share via an email newsletter, or add it to your MLS Listing! 
  4. Once you have received an offer, you will be notified via email and/or text message, depending on your account's notification settings. Click on the View Offers link in your text/email to view the terms of your new offer!
