Submitting an Offer Using SkySlope Forms
- When you land on the Submit an Offer page, SkySlope Offers will give you two options for submitting your offer:
- Upload a Signed Offer: If you already have a signed offer doc, select this option and then upload your document.
- Write a New Offer: Select this option to prepare your offer doc using SkySlope Forms. - After selecting Write a New Offer, you will be prompted to enter your buyer client information and property information.
- Next, you can select and prepare your offer documents using SkySlope Forms. Learn more about SkySlope Forms:
- Adding Clients and Forms
- Prepare and Send for Signature - After your offer has been signed, it'll be available on the Signed Documents tab in your SkySlope Forms file.
- From the Signed Documents tab, check the box to select the document and then click Begin Offer in the lower right corner.
- Your signed offer will be uploaded and SkySlope Offers will import most of your key offer details directly from your form. Proceed to enter any of the missing offer details.
- When you're done, click Submit Offer!
Navigating the Buyer's Agent Dashboard
Filter
On the SkySlope Offers Buyer's Agent Dashboard, you can quickly and easily access any of your files. Use the filter to view files of a certain type or with a certain primary agent.
Purchase Files
Each buyer client will have their own file in SkySlope Offers. That one file will contain the client's offers for all properties.
When you open a purchase file, you will see a list of the client's offers and each offer's status. The Offers tab of your SkySlope Forms file provides the same view.
Click Edit Details at the top of your purchase file to edit your client's details.
Click on an offer to expand the key offer details and access offer documents.
Buyer's agents can utilize the real-time Activity Log in SkySlope Offers to track actions taken by both parties. You can also filter the Activity Log to track activities of a certain kind and download the Activity Log to share it with others.
Offer Status
In Review: The Listing Agent hasn't interacted with your offer just yet.
Declined: The Listing Agent has declined your offer. You will be notified.
Accepted: The Listing Agent has accepted your offer. You will be notified.
Countered: The Listing Agent has submitted a counter to your offer. You can respond within SkySlope Offers by selecting Accept, Decline or Counter.
Account Settings and Customizations
To access your SkySlope Offers account settings, click on your name in the upper right corner. Then select Account Settings. You can customize:
- Personal Details
- Professional Details
- Offer Instructions
- Account Notifications
