Getting Started
- On your MLS board, you will see a button that says Make an Offer with SkySlope Offers. Click that button to get started.
- Now, you'll be taken to the Make an Offer page. Here, you can choose between the following options:
- Write a New Offer: Select this option if you wish to start with a new offer form using SkySlope Forms.
- Upload my Signed Offer: Select this option if you already have a buyer-signed offer form. - After selecting your option, click Let's Go.
Write a New Offer
- If you selected Write a New Offer, you will be taken into SkySlope Forms. We will create a new buyer file for you and autofill property data from the MLS.
- Fill in the rest of the required information, such as your contacts' names.
- Click Create to create your file.
- Once your file has been created, you will add your offer document.
- Then, you will fill out your offer document and prepare it for signatures.
Upload Signed Offer
- If you already have a buyer-signed offer document and you selected this option, you will now upload your offer. Then click Next.
- On the next page, provide all of the key details for your offer, such as the purchase price and closing date. We will autofill as much as we can from the document you uploaded!
- Click Next, and then review the details one more time before submitting your offer.
Once your offer has been submitted, the Listing Agent will be notified, and they will be able to contact you directly about the status of your offer!
