DocuSign Integration

You can now send your SkySlope Forms documents for signature via DocuSign in just a few clicks.

 

Enabling the DocuSign Integration

Note: The SkySlope Forms - DocuSign integration is available to all users with the exception of Weichert Realtors and Utah Real Estate (URE). SkySlope does not provide DocuSign; to access the DocuSign integration, you must have a paid DocuSign subscription.

 

Once logged into your SkySlope Forms account, you can follow these steps to enable the DocuSign integration.

1. Click on your name in the upper-right.
2. Select Preferences.
3. Under E-Signature Preference, select DocuSign. 
4. Click Save.

 

Using the DocuSign Integration

Once you've set DocuSign as your preferred e-signature platform, SkySlope Forms will connect you to DocuSign to complete your envelopes rather than to DigiSign.

1. Navigate to your SkySlope Forms file.
2. Fill out your forms to prepare them for signatures.
3. Once ready, click Prepare Signature.
4. Now, you will be directed to DocuSign.
   - If you are already logged into DocuSign in that browser window, you will be taken to the page where you can prepare your envelope.
   - If you are not already logged into DocuSign in that browser window, you will be prompted to log in before being taken to the page where you can prepare your envelope.
5. Prepare and send your envelope.
   - Unlike SkySlope Forms, when sending via DocuSign, you will need to place any signature and initial blocks manually.

Note: DocuSign envelopes cannot be managed from within SkySlope Forms. After sending an envelope through DocuSign, please return to DocuSign to manage the envelope.

 

Managing DocuSign Envelopes

Since DocuSign is a separate e-signature platform, DocuSign envelopes cannot be managed within SkySlope Forms. Please review the important details below.

If you send a Forms envelope via DocuSign:

• You will not see a record of that envelope in your Forms file.
• You will not be able to manage or resend the envelope from your Forms file.
• To manage or view your envelope, you must log into DocuSign directly.
