Follow along to the steps below to learn how you can easily share documents right from your SkySlope Forms file!
The process will vary slightly depending on the document's location/status:
- Document still being prepared (not yet sent for signatures).
- Document sent for signatures (partially or completely signed).
Document Still Being Prepared
If your documents haven't been sent for signature yet, you can email them from the same page where you fill them out!
- From your Forms dashboard, navigate to your Forms file.
- Once in your Forms file, you will see all of the forms you've added to your file.
Select the form(s) you want to share via email and then click Fill & Send. - Once you're on the form filling page, you can click the Envelope icon
from the toolbar at the top.
- After clicking the Envelope icon, you will select the format in which you want the documents to be sent.
- Single PDF: This option will merge all documents into one single PDF file.
- Individual PDFs: This option will send each document as an individual PDF, grouped together in a ZIP file. - From here, an email module will open. Enter the recipient's email address, and customize your message. Then click Send! You will see a confirmation message in the upper right that the email has been sent successfully.
Document Partially/Completely Signed
If the documents have been partially or completely signed, you will be able to email them from the Envelopes tab and the Signed Documents tab.
- From your Forms dashboard, navigate to your Forms file.
- Once in your Forms file, there are two places you can share documents from: the Envelopes tab, and the Signed Documents tab. Navigate to the tab where your documents are that you wish to share.
- Locate your documents, and then click on the More menu. Select Share by Email.
- From here, an email module will open. Enter the recipient's email address, and customize your message. Then click Send! You will see a confirmation message in the upper right that the email has been sent successfully.
