You can use the email feature in SkySlope Offers to quickly and easily invite any and all Buyer's Agents to resubmit an offer on your Listing. And we've made it a cinch to manage the improved offers, ensuring your sellers can move forward with the offer that's best for them. Check it out below!

Request Improved Offers
- Log in to your SkySlope Offers account.
- Single-click to open the Offers file.
- Use the bubbles to select the offers you wish to invite to resubmit.
- Click Send Email at the top of the page.
Next to "Send Email", you will see a number in parenthesis; this number indicates the number of offers you've selected. - An email module will open, allowing you to enter a custom email message that will be sent to ALL buyer's agents. Feel free to include your requests, terms and deadline.
- Important: Before clicking Send, be sure to check the box to Include an Offer Submission Link if you want the buyer's agents to submit via SkySlope Offers.
- Then click Send.
- The buyer's agents will receive your message via email, with a link to Send a New Offer.
Review Improved Offers
After following the steps above to invite buyers to submit an improved offer, you can manage the original and new offers easily.
- Log in to your SkySlope Offers account.
- Single-click to open the Offers file.
- When you first open your file, you will see your list of offers. On this list, original offers will be replaced with newly resubmitted offers. You will also see an icon to indicate which offers have been resubmitted.
Example: If Agent Jane originally submitted an offer of $650,000, but submitted a new offer of $675,000, you will only see Agent Jane's new offer on this list. - Click on an offer to view the Offer Details page. For resubmitted offers, you will see the details for the newest offer on top, and the original offer on the bottom.
