Clearing Cache and Cookies

Here at SkySlope, we do our best to keep our website as up-to-date as possible. After we release an update, you may need to clear out your internet browser's history to be able to view SkySlope in the best light. This tutorial will walk you through the process of clearing your browser's cache and cookies and reload SkySlope to get you on your way.

If you're in Chrome, you can clear your cache/cookies by doing the following:
Log out of SkySlope.
In the upper right-hand corner, click on the 3 dots, and on the drop-down menu, select History.
This will bring up a new tab and in the upper left-hand corner, click on Clear Browsing Data.
A new pop up will come up and on the drop-down menu, select All Time.
Next, make sure that Cookies and Other Site Data, and Cached images and Files are selected.
Click on Clear Data in the lower right-hand corner and let it work its magic.
Once the data is cleared, you will return to the Settings tab.
Completely close and re-open Chrome to log back into your SkySlope account.

If you're in FireFox, you can clear your cache/cookies by doing the following:
Log out of SkySlope.
In the upper right-hand corner, click on the 3 horizontal bars.
On the drop-down menu, click on the Options button, which will open up a new menu.
On the left column, select Privacy & Security.
A new list of Privacy & Security settings will open on the main page. Scroll to the Cookies & Site Data section.
Click on Clear Data.
Make sure both the Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content options are selected.
Click Clear and wait while it processes this.
Log back into SkySlope and you should be good to go.

If you're in Internet Explorer, you can clear your cache/cookies by doing the following:
Log out of SkySlope.
Then in the upper right-hand corner, click on the Gear (Tools) button.
On the drop-down menu, select Internet Options near the bottom.
On the pop-up window, about 2/3 of the way down, under Browsing History, click on the Delete button.
Uncheck everything on the new window, except for the 2nd and 3rd options which are: Temporary Internet Files and Website Files and Cookies and Website Data.
Next, click Delete in the lower right-hand corner and let it load for a bit.
Once back on the original window, click on OK and wait for it to say that this has been completed at the bottom.
Once you've received this message at the bottom, go ahead and log back into SkySlope.

If you're in the Edge browser, you can clear your cache/cookies by doing the following:
Log out of SkySlope.
Then in the upper right-hand corner, click on the 3 dots.
On the drop-down menu, select Settings.
On the next drop-down menu, scroll down until you get to the Clear browsing data, and click on Choose what to clear.
Uncheck everything on this new window, except for Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files.
Click Clear and wait for the browser to clean these out.
Once done, login back into SkySlope and you should be all set!

If you're in Safari, you can clear your cache/cookies by doing the following:
Log out of SkySlope.
In the upper left-hand corner, click Safari, then choose Preferences
On this new pop up window, click on the Privacy tab.
Click on the top button that says Remove All Website Data.
It'll ask you to confirm this action, click on Remove Now.
Once finished, close this pop-up window and return to SkySlope.
