STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
1. There may be a few different ways to submit an offer on a property:
- Email Invitation: The Listing Agent may send you an email invitation to submit an offer. Click Submit Here to get started.
- Make an Offer Button on the MLS: You may see a Make an Offer with SkySlope Offers button on your local MLS. Click that button to start the offer process. Here's an example:
2. When prompted, click Let's Go to get started.
3. On the next page, you will upload your formal offer document. Then click Next to move forward.
4. Next, you will provide all of the essentail offer details, such as the buyer(s) name, purchase price, closing date, and other offer terms. Then click Next.
5. On the final page, review all of the details to ensure they are accurate, and then click Submit.
6. You will receive confirmation that your offer was submitted to the listing agent. From there, the listing agent will have your information and be able to get in touch with you directly about your offer.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know/check the status of my offer after it's been submitted?
When you submit your offer, you also submit your contact information, such as your phone number and email address. They can use this information to get in touch with you directly. Additionally, you can find the Listing Agent's contact information on the Begin Offer page if you wish to contact them.
