What is Rocket Advance?
Now partnering with SkySlope, Rocket Advance gives Canadian real estate professionals fast access to their earned commissions—before closing. Instead of waiting weeks for a deal to fund, agents can unlock cash quickly to invest in marketing, cover business expenses, or manage personal finances with confidence, keeping their business moving forward.
How does it work?
SkySlope transaction management users can request a commission advance right within SkySlope! In your Listing or Transaction file, simply navigate to the Checklist or Commission tab. Then click Get Paid Now to start the process! You will be prompted to enter the deal and commission details. When you are done, click Submit to submit your request for a commission advance. After you've submitted your request, Rocket Advance will be in touch to communicate next steps!
