Introducing Smart Assist!
Earlier this year, we launched Smart Audit, an enhancement to Quick Audit built for admins and auditors. Now, we’re fine-tuning its performance, expanding coverage to even more forms, and rolling it out to all admins and auditors across California! Here’s what you can look forward to with Smart Assist:
- Automatic Document Scan – SkySlope will scan submitted documents to confirm all required signatures and initials are present and in the right spots.
- Cleared Status – When everything checks out, the document will display a Cleared status. Signatures and initials will be outlined in green boxes, making it effortless to verify and mark the document as Accepted.
- Reject Assistance – If a document is missing a signature, initial, or includes incomplete details, simply click Reject. SkySlope will auto-fill the Checklist comment with the specific missing items we’ve identified, saving you time on explanations.

Smart Assist Expansion
We’re excited to announce that Smart Assist is now available on nearly 100 different documents across California! That means faster reviews, fewer manual checks, and more confidence that your files are audit-ready. With Smart Assist doing the heavy lifting, you’ll spend less time combing through documents—and gain back more time for the work that really matters.
