You asked, and we delivered! Pre-Contract Transaction files will now only include your brokerage's Buyer Agreement Checklist items. Prior to this release, a Pre-Contract Transaction file would show the entire Checklist, including Sales and Disclosure Documentation that was not yet applicable. Now, Buyer Agents can focus on the items that matter most to remain compliant.
