Convert a Listing to a Transaction

When you have an accepted offer on your listing, or a tenant ready to move into a rental property, you will convert your Listing to an under-contract Transaction in SkySlope. Follow the steps below to learn how to convert your file.

1. Open your SkySlope Listing file.
2. Navigate to the Checklist tab.
3. Click Accepted Contract.
   - If the Accepted Contract button is greyed out, this means you still have Required documents on the Checklist that haven't been submitted. They will either need to be submitted or changed to Not Required by an Admin/Broker for the file to be converted.
4. In the pop-up window, confirm that you'd like to convert your Listing by clicking Create Transaction.
5. Navigate through the Create Transaction workflow, ensuring all transaction, contact, and commission details are entered.
6. After you've entered all of the required details, click Create Transaction in the lower right corner.
7. You will land on the Checklist tab of your Listing file that has been converted into a Transaction.
