SkySlope Offers took a bold leap forward this year with game-changing innovations. By harnessing the power of AI and introducing a cutting-edge buyer agent interface, the Offers team worked to elevate the industry's leading offer management tool. Let’s take a moment to reflect on the impactful features that defined 2024.

SkySlope Offers — Buyer Agent Experience

This innovative new user interface allows buyer agents to effortlessly manage their outgoing offers and associated documents. The new dashboard allows Buyer's Agents to respond to the Listing Agent with Accept, Counter, or Decline seller counter offers actions directly within the platform.

Reminder Email: Draft Offer Submission

In an effort to deliver more offers to our listing agents, we created a notification email that gently nudges buyer agents who begin preparing an offer but do not click "Submit." The email will encourage Buyers Agents to return to the flow and submit the offer.

New Activity Insights

We've added two new insights to the Activity Page in SkySlope Offers that Listing Agents can utilize to help their clients make well-informed decisions!

Offers Detected — When our sources indicate that a buyer's agent is working on an offer for your property, we will show you the Detected offer.

Offers Prepared — When the offer document has been signed but has not yet been submitted to your listing, we will show you the Prepared offer.

Potential New Offer Detected Email

When we have detected that a new offer is being prepared on your listing, we will send a quick heads-up to your inbox! This will help you remain on top of all potential offers for your client's property.
