Sending an AVID with Breeze (CA Agents)

Sending an AVID just got 10 times easier, using Breeze by SkySlope. Now you can fill out your AVID using your smartphone while viewing properties with your clients. You can even dictate your room notes! Watch the video below to learn how to get started today.

 

Note: Sending an AVID (Agent Visual Inspection Disclosure) is only available in California.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

Preparing Your AVID

  1. Log into your account and navigate to Breeze.
  2. Tap Start a New AVID, and then you will have two options:
    - Create New: If you don't have a file created, you can start a new one.
    - Existing File: Select a property file with which to associate this AVID.
  3. Select your property type, and then tap Next.
  4. Select which side you are representing, and then tap Next.
  5. Now, your file has been created, and you can enter your client details
  6. Next, you will begin to enter the property details:
    - Rooms: Select all of the rooms applicable to this property.
    - Room Notes: Enter notes about any of the select rooms. Use the Dictate feature to save time!
  7. Tap I'm Done to move forward.
  8. Now, you'll enter details about when the inspection took place and any individuals present for the inspection.
  9. On the final page, you can review a summary of the details entered so far and make any necessary changes. Tap Save to save your progress on this AVID.

 

Sending Your AVID for Signatures

Check the status on the AVID summary page. If your AVID is ready to send, follow the steps below to send your AVID for signatures.

  1. On the AVID summary page, tap the Actions Menu icon.
  2. Tap Send for Signature.
  3. (Optional) Customize the subject line and email message included with the invitation to sign.
  4. Tap Send, and off it goes!
  5. Now, the status of your AVID will reflect In Progress until all parties sign it.
