Managing Offers with Open Bidding

Traditional vs. Open:

  • Traditional: Buyer Agents cannot see details of other submitted offers.
  • Open: Buyer Agents can see some key details of other submitted offers.

With Open Bidding, once a Buyer Agent has submitted an offer, they will be able to click View Other Offers. When looking at the other offers, they will be able to see the total number of submitted offers and the following details for each offer: purchase price, date/time submitted, closing date, initial deposit, conditional (Y/N), and the agent's brokerage.
