RequesterPlease add the ability to accept a previously rejected document, without having to submit a new document, or re-load the same document. It would be appropriate if "overriding" the rejection of a document, to require that a comment or explanation be added.
The flow would be:
1) Document is attached to checklist item by the Agent.
2) Document is rejected by the Admin/File Auditor/Manger
3) Agent adds a comment explaining the situation, or inability to obtain the required document/information/etc...
4) Admin/File Auditor/Manager changes "Rejected" to "Complete" and must add a comment when accepting.
