RequesterTemplate feature, as it currently stands, I would have to create 6 different templates for a single document for variations of that document - say that I only have 1 buyer instead of 2 buyers, now I have to create a separate template for that instance. Say I'm representing the seller and I have 1 seller instead of 2, now I have to make another template for that. Say I don't want to send a copy to the agent on the other side in certain situations, I would have to create yet another template. To fix this problem, make the ability to add signature and date boxes to every field on our forms when creating a template (both sellers, both buyers, agent on the other side recieves a copy, etc.) but when you go to send the file to the recipients, have the option to click an X if a certain role isn't applicable on that file then the system automatically takes away that signature field on the document. OR when you click the drop-down menu to designate who is 'Purchaser 1' who is 'Purchaser 2' etc., just don't make them required fields to fill out and if the field is blank, then the signature box doesn't appear on the document when it gets sent out for signatures. So if the 'Agent on the other side field isn't designated to anyone, then nobody receives a copy of the doc when it's signed. This functionality will probably become obsolete once the forms function is fully operational - but in my opinion, makes templates far more useful.
