PLACEHOLDER/FILE REQUIRED

When creating templates it would be ideal to have PLACEHOLDER files that are part of the process as a reminder to add in-house or NCREC required info.  For example - Exterior Measurements- MLS ACTIVE/MLS UNDER CONTRACT/MLS CLOSED and any in-house documents that are firm specific--   I'm coming from Dotloop so that's the format that we're used to.  Would love to have that option to customize and make even more compliant- with the templates. Thank you!
