AgentHi Kearstin!
Kallie from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for providing this additional context. The suggestion to have all of the contact information streamlined makes a lot of sense. We have documented this request and will continue to monitor this post as well for upvotes. Would you be open to scheduling a call with one of our product managers if we have any further questions?
Thanks again and have a great day!

RequesterAlso an email capability would easily allow a file to be added to a transaction that has already been created. It does not appear that new signed documents are pulled into the transaction from Forms. So i f I have to do an amendment I have to open forms fill out the amendment and get it signed. Then download the file upload into skyslope transaction to be able to send to the other agent as well as have it in the file. Emailing or some type of connectivity between our transactions and our forms is absolutely necessary. There have already been other comments about contacts and the ability to save them in forms. What actually needs to happen is a stream lined process across all skyslope platforms. It is very time consuming to write multiple offers in the current market for the same clients and have to reenter their info for every transaction.

RequesterHi Kallie,
Sure, if we are able to "share' specific signed forms from an envelope that would work perfectly. I know emailing from a transaction is possible; however, we do not want to create a transaction until we have an accepted offer otherwise our dashboard would be a mess. I would be more than happy to be a guinea pig.

AgentHi Donna!
Kallie from the product team here at SkySlope. Thank you for providing this additional context.
Would you find it beneficial to have a share button when looking at a list view of signed documents in Forms?
If we have additional questions for you, would you be interested in scheduling a call with one of our product managers?
Thanks again and have a great day!

RequesterOur company is new to SkySlope and I too am disappointed that we are unable to choose a signed document or multiple signed documents and email directly from the system. I have used other real estate forms platforms and this was a standard option. The whole point of using this platform is to be able to work in one environment and without paper; unfortunately, when presenting a signed offer to the listing broker it is necessary to download the signed offer documents to a personal device and email them from outside of SkySlope.

RequesterI'm getting these requests from agents as well. They want to be able to quickly email blank, edited forms and signed documents directly from Skyslope Forms instead of requiring downloading the forms and attaching to emails.
Blank or edited forms are to send to clients for their review.
Signed documents generally are to send to co-broke agents.

RequesterIt would be nice to be able to email forms directly from Forms without downloading them first, both signed and unsigned. And the email should be saved in the envelope.
