Setting up a new transaction with the 'auto assist'

I entered a new transaction on Friday and got to experience the auto assistance in setting up the transaction.  It could be because it is new, but it took me a lot longer to setup my transaction than ususal.  I do not like this feature, it is not very user friendly.  I like this less that the auto sort.

Both features extend the times it takes to set up a file.  Is there anyway that you can make it either go away or set it up as something that can be turned off?  These features are not helpful to any of the agents in my office.
