Good morning, I have noticed that agents are getting confused and selecting the wrong transaction type (respresentation) when creating their Skyslope files for Listings for Lease. The terminology currently in the system is misleading - many of them are selecting "Listing" as the Transaction type because even if it is a Landlord represented Lease, it is still a listing. Is there a way o change the transaction types to make it clearer for the agents? For example is the agent has a listing for sale, the transaction type should be "Listing for Sale" instead of just "Listing" and for when the Listing is for a lease and the agent represents the landlord, the transaction type should be "Listing for Lease" instead of "Lease Landlord". I am asking because when these deals are pulling into Books, they are pulling in as sales instead of leases and this is causing issues with commission. thanks!

Yes I have a Listing for Lease that is referring to the Landlord as Seller and I don't seem to be able to change this.
