With the new changes, there are issues with mandatory fields not being filled in. When starting a transaction, important fields that are critical for our process are not being managed properly by Skyslope.
On the Transaction Tab, our agents are able to bypass mandatory items, Source, County and Office Lead without filling these items in.
Because of the new order in which information is entered, especially in the pre-contract phase, the agent doesn't even notice they've missed this information. Only when an admin or the agent goes into the file to review, does it get noticed. At that point, you're unable to proceed to the next page by pushing the "next" tab.
This problem also defaults the source field to OTHER on all files. This is a problem.
