RequesterNow that Buyer Representation Agreements will be mandatory, I believe we should have a third file type. Along with Listings and Transactions, the should be a Buyer Representation category that would work similar to the Listing files. We need to retain the Buyer Representation related documents, so we need a place to put them when there is no transaction yet. We load them all in the Buyer Representation file initially while we are showing properties. When a represented buyer gets an accepted offer, we could hit a button for Accepted Contract and it would open up a linked buyer transaction file. Thank you for giving this some consideration.

AgentHi Dennis! Eric here, from the Product team at SkySlope. Thank you for providing this feedback. Our team has been listening and we are actively working on a solution to this problem. We anticipate this solution will launch in August. We've begun communicating this broadly to our customers in-app and via email. Additional details as well as registration for learning sessions will follow in the coming weeks.
If you'd like to get a preview of the new experience and provide feedback, please schedule some time with me using this link!
