Termination Notification

We are currently seeking a way that Skyslope can trigger a notification to our admin team specifically when a termination has been uploaded. There are different steps to take when a file terminates. Currently it does not trigger compliance and even if the notification settings are on for "when doc is uploaded" or "when a comment is made" it is easily missed as we received 100s of skyslope notifications a day. Other suggestions or sops or measurements we should take?
