The search function for contacts is an absolute mess and completely inefficient. You cannot search by last name, and with popular first names, it only pulls up the first 10 contacts. For example: I have done at least a half dozen transactions with lender Jennifer Leon at Umpqua Bank, however if I search "Jennifer" only 10 show up, none of them Jennifer Leon (who I know is in my system). As soon as I start typing the last name (i.e. Jennifer L) all contact choices disappear. If I search Umpqua Bank I then have to be able to recognize the email address because it does not list names. Once again, only the first 10 contacts at Umpqua Bank appear. This forces me to input the contact again, leaving me with several duplicate and trpilicate entries. this is not ok.
