Please add mark-up and editing tools for document. With Authentisign and Docusign, there are tools that allow you to add text and strike items on documents. This is very helpful when working on counter offers.

Hi Shannon!

As a workaround, you can upload documents into Forms and utilize the Forms text markup tool. Here is a guide on the tool and other Forms markup features. Once complete, simply download your pdf! If you have any questions on using markup in Forms, please feel free to reach out to our Support team anytime! They can be reached via chat at support.skyslope.com, via email at [email protected], or via phone at 1-800-507-4117.

Thank you,

Hi Shannon!

Thank you for this additional context. Question for you, do you ever work out of SkySlope Forms? I might be able to suggest a workaround for you in the interim if so! Also, would you be willing to speak more with our team on this topic?

Thanks again!

Adding on here. The ability to markup text on an uploaded doc... and then download it. We require this on every single file that we run, as part of the inspection process. The buyer makes requests, signs the doc, sends it to us... and the seller needs to be able to respond on that doc. I can add in text for the seller's response, but then I cannot save that document and send it to anyone to review, e.g. the Realtor that I am working for, the client if they want to see it first before signing.

Please make it so that we can add text to uploaded docs and then save the marked up doc.

Hi Nicole!

Charleigh from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing this feedback! I'm happy to share that markup improvements are coming soon as we roll out the new version of DigiSign mentioned above. This new version includes strikethrough options and the features you describe here. In the meantime, the existing version of DigiSign allows for text markup as well. Check out this tutorial for additional details

Thanks again and have a great day!

Is there still no way to be able to mark up a document to send out for signatures? We need to be able to add text to documents like addendums, purchase agreements, etc, that have already been filled out and signed - like when you're making a counter offer or changing terms on an addendum.

How is this not a feature one year later? We need the ability to strike through and place editable text wherever needed. DocuSign, Adobe Pro....

Hi Denise,

Eric, one of the Product Manager's at SkySlope, here! Thanks for taking the time submit this request. We're working on an update to DigiSign and one of the features that we are including is the ability to add a strikethrough.

  1. You mention that you would want to "add text". Can you tell me more about about this? Perhaps an example of where you might perform this action?
  2. How often do you perform this action (ballpark %)?
  3. Are there any other markup or editing tools that you have found valuable when using other e-sign products? If so, can you tell me more about how you use them?

Thanks again for the suggestions. Looking forward to hearing more about your experiences :)
