SkySlope Forms & Breeze Integration
SkySlope Forms and Breeze - our guided disclosure workflow that helps clients complete forms with more confidence than ever - are the ultimate pair. Use SkySlope Forms to organize all of your client's forms, and then jump over to Breeze to send your disclosures in minutes, whether you're touring a home or working from your office.
- First you will create your SkySlope Forms file.
- When you're ready to send your disclosures, use the Apps icon in the upper right corner to switch over to Breeze.
On the go? Navigate to breeze.skyslope.com using your phone's mobile browser (like Chrome or Safari). - From the Breeze home page, select Start New Disclosures or Start New AVID.
On the first page, you will be prompted to select Create New File or I Already Have a File. To save time and pull in data from SkySlope Forms, select I Already Have a File to select your newly created Forms file. This will import data like your clients' names, the property address, and available MLS data. - Follow the guided work flow to fill in any of the necessary data for your disclosures.
- When you've reached the final screen, click Send to send your disclosures for signature
SkySlope & SkySlope Forms Integration
The integration between SkySlope transaction management and SkySlope Forms allows you to copy the data entered into your Forms file to quickly create your Listing or Transaction file. Follow the steps below to get started!
- First you will create your SkySlope Forms file.
- Then you will create your SkySlope Listing or Transaction file.
- When creating your Listing or Transaction file, select the Forms option (rather than the Address Lookup) to create your file from an existing Forms file.
Selecting the coordinating Forms file will connect it to your newly-created Listing or Transaction file, ensuring that any signed documents are automatically copied over into your SkySlope file so that you can easily attach them to the Checklist! - Fill in any remaining required details for your Listing or Transaction file.
- Once your Listing/Transaction file has been created, use the Apps icon in the upper-right corner to return to SkySlope Forms.
- Next, you can add, fill and send your forms to be signed. Once your forms are completely signed, signed copies will automatically become available in your SkySlope Forms file, and in your newly created Listing/Transaction file.
