STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
Viewing Brokerage Templates
- From the Forms Dashboard, click on Templates from the top navigation menu.
- On the Templates page, templates are split into two sections: Personal Templates and Brokerage Templates.
- Personal Templates: Templates you create and manage individually.
- Brokerage Templates: Templates created, managed and shared by your brokerage. - Click on the eye icon to preview a list of forms included in that template, or click on the template name to open and view the template.
Customize Brokerage Templates
Brokerage Templates are created and managed by your brokerage. While you cannot edit the template directly, you can make a copy of a template and then make any desired changes.
- From the Forms Dashboard, click on Templates from the top navigation menu.
- Locate the template you want to customize.
- Click the Actions Menu icon and select Duplicate.
- Provide template details:
- Name your custom copy of the Brokerage Template.
- Will this be a Brokerage Template? Y/N. If yes, select a region to share. - A copy of the Brokerage Template will be created as a Personal Template and the template will open. Proceed to customize your template and then click Save Template.
Apply a Brokerage Template
You can add a Brokerage Template to your Forms file the same way you can add a Personal Template.
- Open your SkySlope Forms file.
- Click Apply Template.
- Under Brokerage Templates, select the template you want to apply.
- The template will be applied, and all the forms from that template will be added to your file!
