STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
- From the Breeze dashboard, click on Start New Disclosures.
- (If Applicable) Select who you are working on behalf of. You will only have this option if you've added Team Members to your Breeze account.'
- Next, you can either select an existing SkySlope Suite file to connect your disclosures to, or create a new file. Click Next.
- Select the disclosures you want to send. Disclosures will vary by region. Click Next.
- As you move forward, you will confirm/add property details, such as the APN.
- Next, you will add the client(s) you are sending these disclosures to. Click Next.
- On the final summary page, you can review the details you've submitted and make any necessary changes.
- Click Send to send your disclosures!

If we have brokerage specific disclosures, is there any way to send those via Breeze?
