Using SkySlope Form's Brokerage Templates, your office can create custom Buyer and Seller Templates to share with your agents. Create groups of forms, pre-fill text, and click Share - there is really no simpler way to set your Agents up for success, and ensure the office stays in compliance. User Profile and Forms Templates
Any information you enter into the User Profile will automatically appear in the corresponding fields on your forms.
When creating a new Forms template, skip over any fields from the User Profile (agent info, brokerage info, etc.) since the User Profile will override these fields once they are applied to a Forms file. Instead, fill out non-profile information that isn't likely to change.
STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
- From the Forms Dashboard, click on Templates from the top navigation menu.
- Click + Create Template.
- Select your Template Type. The Template Type will determine where the Template will be available. For example, if you create a Buyer Template, it will only be available when you are creating a buyer-representation file.
After selecting your Template Type, click Next. - Provide your Template Details:
- Name: Enter a name for your template that makes it easy to recognize later.
- Brokerage Template Y/N: This option is only available for Template Managers, Forms Managers and Forms Administrators because only those roles can create Brokerage Templates. -
Share the template:
- Choose a region: Select a region, and this template will only be shared with users in that region.
- Share with everyone in my brokerage: Check this box to share the template with everyone in your brokerage.
- Share with a group: Select Yes to select groups to share the template with. You will choose the groups on the next page. - Now, you'll be taken to the Add Forms page. Select the forms that you'd like to include in this template. Don't worry about adding them in a certain order; you'll be able to change the order on the next page.
After selecting the forms you need, click Continue. - The final step is filling out your template forms. Be sure to enter only information you want to be the same across multiple files each time this template is used. It's okay to leave some forms blank; templates can also be used to make it easier to add the forms you need to your file.
- Once you've completed your forms, click Save Template. Your template is now created, shared with the selected users and ready to be used!
