STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
- Start by opening your SkySlope Forms file.
- Use the Add Forms button to add the applicable disclosure documents to your file.
- Many forms, like the CAR Seller Property Questionnaire, must be filled out by the seller. As you are preparing the form, you will see the fields to be filled out by the seller. Those fields will be grey instead of blue, and if you hover over the field, you will see a message that this field is required to be filled by the seller.
- When you're ready to send the disclosure documents for signature, click Prepare Signature.
- Now, you'll be taken into DigiSign. Your first step will be to name your envelope and select Signer Actions.
- Because you added your disclosure documents from your forms library, all of the signature, initial and date blocks will be automatically placed for you! Give the document a once-over and then click Send.
- After clicking Send, you can customize your email subject line and message that will be included with the email invitation to sign.
- Finally, click Send for Signatures, and off it goes!
