Assigning Documents to the Checklist from the Documents Tab

Did you know that you can assign documents to the Checklist directly from the Documents tab? Learn how below!

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

  1. Open your property file and navigate to the Documents tab.
  2. On your Documents List, locate the document you want to assign to the Checklist. Check the box to the left of that document to select it.
    TIP: You can select more than one document if you want to assign them to the same spot on the Checklist! 
  3. Above the Documents List, click Assign.
  4. In the pop-up window, select the item on the Checklist where you'd like to assign that document.
  5. Click Assign.
