Welcome to SkySlope Forms—your new favorite forms platform. We're happy to have you! You can follow the steps outlined below to transfer your current forms files from a different platform into SkySlope Forms.
Download Your Forms
This process will vary from one platform to another. You should have the option to download (save) all of your current forms onto your computer. Pay attention to where they are saved on your computer! You'll need to locate them late to move them into SkySlope Forms.
Getting Started in SkySlope Forms
Now you'll log into SkySlope Forms. If you don't have a file in SkySlope Forms available for this client/address, you'll start by creating a new file.
Once you've created your new file, you'll be prompted to add forms. However, if you have documents from your other forms platform that are already fully executed, you'll want to store those separately.
Storing Executed Documents
If you have documents from your other forms platform that are already fully executed, follow these steps:
- Open your Forms file.
- Navigate to the Signed Documents tab.
- Click Upload Document to upload the signed documents that you saved onto your computer.
Note: If your brokerage also uses SkySlope Transaction Management to submit documents for listings and sales, the documents uploaded onto the Signed Documents tab won't be transferred into your associated listing or transaction file. Only forms signed using SkySlope Forms will be transferred.
Adding More Forms
On the main Forms tab of your SkySlope Forms file, you will be prompted to add forms.
Let's take a closer look at the options available on the Forms tab:
- Add Forms: This option will allow you to add fillable forms from your selected Forms Libraries. You'll want to do this for any forms that still need to be filled, sent and signed.
- Upload Documents: Use this option to upload any forms that have already been filled out but have not been signed by your clients.
- Apply Template: Forms Templates are a faster way of adding fillable forms to your file. Click here to learn more about using Forms Templates.
