When you and your clients are ready to sign documents, you can prepare and send them in just minutes, right from your mobile device! Follow the steps below to learn how to prepare and send forms for signature right from the SkySlope Forms Mobile App.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
- From the Transactions list, tap to open the desired Transaction.
- After opening your Transaction, you will see a list of all of the forms in your Transaction.
Don't have any forms yet? Click here to learn how to add forms 3 different ways. - To select a form to fill, tap on the name of the form. Then you will see a blue checkmark icon over the thumbnail preview of that form; that means the form is selected.
To select more than one form, continue to tap on all of the forms you need to fill. - Once you've selected all of the necessary forms, tap Fill & Send at the bottom of your screen.
- Now you will arrive at the form filling page. If your forms are ready to be sent, tap Next at the bottom. If you haven't finished preparing your forms yet, be sure to fill them out before tapping Next. The state your forms are in on this screen is how they will be sent to your signers.
- On the next screen, you will name your envelope (we recommend something easy to identify) and select your signer actions. The available signer actions are Needs to Sign, Receives a Copy, and No Action.
When you're ready to move forward, tap Next. - If you added your forms from a Forms Library, all of the signature, initial, and date blocks will automatically be placed for you. If necessary, you can still make changes to any of the blocks on the document. For example, you can:
- Tap a block to select it, and then drag it to a different location.
- Tap a block to select it, and then change who is assigned to that block.
- Tap a block to select it, and then delete it.
If you manually uploaded your forms as PDFs, you will need to manually place the signature/initial blocks onto the forms. - To add a new block to the document, tap Signature, Date or Time from the toolbar at the bottom. The block will be added. You can then drag it to the correct location, and select the correct assignee for that block.
- When your documents are complete, tap Next at the bottom of the screen.
- On the next page, you will be able to enter a custom subject line and email message.
- Finally, tap Send for Signature, and off it goes!
Once you've sent your forms to be signed, you can easily check the envelope status at any time! And we'll notify you via email when the envelope is complete.
