Just when you think disclosures can't get any easier using Breeze... Now with flagging and commenting, clients can quickly ask questions about their disclosure from within the signing platform. You can quickly spot any flagged items from your Breeze dashboard, and follow up with your clients to get disclosures completed faster! Take a look below to learn how.
Submitting Questions (Client View)
When your client is reviewing and completing the disclosures sent to them through Breeze, they have the opportunity to "flag" a section of the disclosure, and then ask their agent a question about that section.
- The client can ask as many questions as needed.
- Even after asking questions, they can still submit their incomplete disclosure to be reviewed by you.
- They are informed upon submitting that they can submit their incomplete disclosure as-is, and their agent will be in touch with them to address any questions.
Reviewing Questions (Agent View)
After your client has submitted a question, you will see on your Breeze dashboard that an item has been flagged.
When you click on the flag, the disclosure will open in its current state. In the upper-right corner, you will see how many questions have been flagged; click on the orange box to expand the list of questions. Then, click on a single question to jump to the section of the form where your client left the question.
Here you can see who submitted the question, when it was submitted, and which part of the form it pertains to.
After you've reviewed the question(s), you can reach out to your client to discuss their question! Then they can return to their incomplete disclosure to answer any sections they were previously uncertain about, and submit their documents.
