How does it work?

The process is simple. Sellers apply online in minutes, with no impact to their credit, to see how much funding they qualify for. Once approved, they use the funds to pay contractors, stagers and other pros for whatever prep work their home needs. When the home sells, the amount they used is repaid out of the proceeds at closing.

How do I use Notable in SkySlope Forms?

When creating a Seller file in SkySlope Forms, you will see a toggle switch to enable Notable for this deal. When enabled, SkySlope will send you an email containing all of the essential details and a shareable link. Share the personalized link with your clients so they can apply to see what they qualify for with no impact to their credit. If approved, they can access their funds and begin working on repairs and upgrades!

Process Overview

Here is a closer look at the process with Notable, start to finish.

1. The process begins when a seller file is created in SkySlope Forms, and Notable is enabled.
2. Once enabled, the Agent will receive an email from SkySlope containing all of the details and a personalized link to share with the Sellers. The link is also available in the Forms file.
3. At this time, SkySlope will share the Agent and Seller's contact information with Notable so that Notable can work with the seller(s) directly. 
4. The Seller(s) can apply in just a few minutes with no impact to their credit.
