Listing and Transaction Fields Customizable by Representation Type
The information that must be collected can vary based on the file’s representation type (such as Buyer Rep or Seller Rep). For example, the information required when a Buyer’s Agent closes a deal may differ from what’s needed for a Listing Agent. You can customize fields to be required or not required based on the file's representation types.
Based on these changes, we have updated some of the default requirement settings to streamline file creation for our users.
