Using the SkySlope CDA Generator

In our efforts to continue to incorporate all of the tools our users need into the SkySlope system, we've created the SkySlope CDA Generator! We've built a tool that takes information that has already been entered into a SkySlope transaction file, and uses it to generate a PDF of the Commission Disbursement Authorization.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

1. Open the SkySlope Transaction file.
2. Navigate to the Commission tab.
3. In the upper right corner, click Generate CDA.
4. In the pop-up window, enter the mailing address for the title or escrow company that is handling commission distribution.
5. Scroll to the bottom, where you can enter any applicable payouts. 
6. When done adding payouts, click Create CDA. 
7. You will see a green success message in the upper right corner. The CDA has been generated and is available on the Documents tab of the Transaction file.
