As Broker Edition customers, Admins and Brokers can customize and manage an entire collection of Brokerage Clauses that they can share across various regions and groups. Take a look below to learn how to create and manage Brokerage Clauses!

Enabling Clause Manager Permission
- Log into SkySlope Forms, and then click on your name in the upper right corner.
- Select Brokerage Management.
- You'll be taken to the People tab. Locate the individual you'd like to grant access to.
- Then click the Menu icon
on the right and select Edit Permissions.
- In the Edit Permissions modal, select the proper permissions. To grant access to manage brokerage clauses, select Forms Clause Manager.
- Then click Add to grant this permission.
Managing Brokerage Clauses
Individuals with the proper permissions enabled will be able to access and edit brokerage clauses.
Accessing Brokerage Clauses
- Log into SkySlope Forms, and then navigate to the Clauses page.
- Once on the Clauses page, you will see two sections of clauses: My Clauses and Brokerage Clauses. Click on Brokerage Clauses.
- Now you will see the entire list of custom clauses created by your brokerage.
Create a New Brokerage Clause
- Log into SkySlope Forms, and then navigate to the Clauses page.
- Click + Add New Clause.
- Select Yes to create a Brokerage Clause. If you select No, you will create a Personal Clause that will only be available to you.
- After selecting Yes, you will determine who you want to share this particular clause with.
- Brokerage: Select Yes to share the clause with all users in your brokerage.
- Region: If you opt not to share with the entire brokerage, you can share with certain regions.
- Group: Select Yes to share the clause with a certain group(s).
Note: Users don't have to be within the Region and the Group to access the clauses; belonging to one of the two will give them access. - Click Continue.
- If you opt to share the clause with a group, you will select the group(s) on the next page. After selecting, click Continue.

Create your clause.
- Title: Give the clause a recognizable name.
- Category: Select an existing category or type a name to create a new category. Categories can later be used for filtering and quickly finding clauses.
-Body: This is the contents of the clause that will be added onto the form when the clause is applied. - After you've completed those fields, click Create. Your clause is now available!
Edit an Existing Brokerage Clause
Follow these instructions to make changes to the contents of a clause.
- Log into SkySlope Forms, and then navigate to the Clauses page.
- Once on the Clauses page, you will see two sections of clauses: My Clauses and Brokerage Clauses. Click on Brokerage Clauses.
- Now you will see the entire list of custom clauses created by your brokerage. Locate the clause you want to edit.
- Once you've located the clause, click on the Menu icon
on the right and select Edit.
- Now, on the Edit Clause page, you can make any necessary changes.
- Then click Save.
Edit Access to a Brokerage Clause
Follow these instructions to make changes to who can access a particular brokerage clause.
- Log into SkySlope Forms, and then navigate to the Clauses page.
- Once on the Clauses page, you will see two sections of clauses: My Clauses and Brokerage Clauses. Click on Brokerage Clauses.
- Now you will see the entire list of custom clauses created by your brokerage. Locate the clause you want to edit.
- Once you've located the clause, click on the Menu icon
on the right and select Clause Details.
- Now you can make any necessary changes to who can access a brokerage clause.
Remove a Brokerage Clause
Removing a Brokerage Clause will not impact any forms that already have the clause applied to them. After a Brokerage Clause is removed, it cannot be added to any new forms.
- Log into SkySlope Forms, and then navigate to the Clauses page.
- Once on the Clauses page, you will see two sections of clauses: My Clauses and Brokerage Clauses. Click on Brokerage Clauses.
- Now you will see the entire list of custom clauses created by your brokerage. Locate the clause you want to edit.
- Once you've located the clause, click on the Menu icon
on the right and then select Remove.
- You will be asked to confirm. Click Remove Clause if you wish to do so.
