There's a great tool built right into the Manage Agents page that allows you to create accounts to multiple users in just a few clicks. Take a look at this video to learn how to create a CSV file with your agents' account information, and use that CSV file to create their accounts!

Prepare the Agent Roster
- Click on your name in the upper right corner.
- Select Admin to navigate to the Admin section.
- Then, Navigate to the Manage Agents tab.
- Click Upload Multiple Users.
- On the next page, you will see instructions for downloading a sample .CSV file that you can use to prepare your roster. Click Download Sample File.
- Open the sample .CSV file.
- Across the top of the spreadsheet, you will see the data fields that can be completed for all users you want to add. Enter all of the necessary details into the .CSV file.
- For "Type (Office Role)," be sure to select one of the following three roles: "Agent," "Limited TC," "Office Manager," or "Auditor."
- If your brokerage has multiple offices, be sure to enter an Office Name.
- Type "Yes" to enable DigiSign and TC Access. - Add as many users as necessary.
- When you are done, save the .CSV file. If you're prompted to select an option, be sure to save it as a .CSV file, not as an Excel Spreadsheet.
Submit the Roster via the Upload Multiple Users Tool
- After saving the roster, return to the Upload Multiple Users page in SkySlope.
- Click Choose File.
- Select and upload the .CSV roster you created.
- The bulk upload process will begin. You will see a green success message immediately and receive an email once the bulk upload process is complete.
- Once complete, those user accounts will be available on the Manage Agents page, and the users will be sent a Welcome to SkySlope email.
