Requester

When we are reviewing documents for compliance, we use the Documents to Review feature. Many times, active listings that are still attached to a cancelled transaction record have caused much confusion for our admins and agents. It seems that once the old transaction has been cancelled and approved, it should no longer be attached to the active listing. Is there a way the listing docs associated with the cancelled buyer can remain with that record but the transaction record not be attached to the active listing?

When a new doc is added to the reactivated listing checklist it shows up in docs to review for transactions. It should show up in docs to review for listings separate from the canceled transaction. Thanks!

Hey Susan,

Thanks for taking the time to provide us this feedback. I have a few questions to better understand your needs.

  • Are you canceling the transaction fully/approve cancellation then reactivating the listing so that it can be converted to a new transaction?
  • Or do you cancel the transaction and select to not reactivate the listing?
  • Are you looking to keep these files separate once you cancel the transaction side?

I look forward to hearing from you,

Thanks, Jessey SkySlope Product Manager
