Management of agent updates - Communication Dashboard?

I don't know of a way that we can manage responses and follow up with agents. I know you can see the LOG in each transaction, and that is good, but I am thinking a "Communication Dashboard" that would look similar to an email inbox so we can see who hasn't responded and follow up.

Ryan with the Product Team here at SkySlope.

Were you thinking some communication on a per transaction basis where the agent can comment back on the checklist? Or more of an overall communication platform for things such as company wide updates.

For the checklist its typically triggered by a document update and not necessarily a comment as often TCs and agents use it as notes to themselves. For an office level, we have considered that option in the past, but think it might be less reliable than email where agents check more frequently and those that don't have a lot of transactions in flight may not see the messaging.
